The store was clean. I wasn't greeted entering the store and no one acknowledged I was exiting with a box. I let the POS on women's side "know " I had a receipt.
They have a great selection and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick to check people out as well.
Everything was great exept for a worker whom was extremely rude. She told us that they we're closeing in 15 min when we had heard it and she said it with a tone. Then ahe followed us and made it seem like she was going twords the same place. She was extremely rude and made me and my sister want to leave and not come back. With that she passed her negativity.
This location is always clean and tidy, very well kept. The bathrooms are always clean. Other than the one time was charged for the same pair of shoes twice, I love this location! I've been a loyal customer to this store for over two years now.
Had a concern regarding service given. Talked to supervisor the next day who rectified it. Happy customer again
