They NEVER answer the phone! This happens every single time I try to call, I end up having to drive all the way there just to make an appointment, which gets aggravating when you have to do it every time with 2 children. The wait time can also get ridiculous, since they schedule more than 1 person for the same time. They are (usually) nice, depending on who's working the desk that day. I will be switching offices and hoping for a better outcome.
Great customer service! Much better than the inner Houston WIC, which trnd to have long wait times. Will get you out much faster. If you live around league city go here!
