Alexis was working at the Life Storage on 14102 Bay Pointe Ct right after Hurricane Harvey. She was being inundated with lots of folks wanting to get in to see their units. She did an excellent job of getting folks to their units, and explaining the way forward. She handled the stress with great poise, and empathy. She did a really good job considering the tough environment.
THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME! Alexis and her staff are always so friendly and helpful! The moment you walk in you’re promptly greeted with a smile and welcome! The property on the outside is spotless and very well maintained! The property on the inside is even better!! The facility always has carts to transport property to and from your unit and the units are spic and span! Even the windows are clean!! It doesn’t get any better than this!! Thank you again!
