I go in here weekly for snake food. Staff is nice, animals seem well taken care of. We always enjoy our visits!
I've been going to this pet store for almost 20 years for supplies and critters and have always loved this place. Very nice people and great variety of things.
I recently purchased an adult ball python and am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service Cara offered my girlfriend and I. She also offered lots of great advice and insight on how to properly care for the ball python (I named it Ein). I've been a customer here for about half a year now and it's always a great experience going to Rainforest Pets for my feeders and whatever other reptile supplies I may need. The prices are very competitive as well and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high quality experience. Thanks so much again!
Well I quite enjoy the family owned business aspect, the location and how many fascinating animals they have. However, I took my children in to inquire about a lizard for my daughter (we hadn't decided on what kind) but no one greeted us. We waited until we were the only ones left in the shop. I then stood and stared at 3 young adults behind the register for about 10 minutes as my children admired the reptiles. The young man was working with his back turned to me. (Somewhat understandable) but the two young ladies were sharing whatever was on their phone. We were ignored. Completely ignored and left without a pet, though I did see a chameleon we thought would be nice. We'll try once more and hope for a better outcome. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile. I hope it was just a bad day!
