I went in to inquire about getting a passport renewed and the lady behind the counter told me the hours and said I could come back on a specific day. I picked up both of my kids early from school and brought them on the exact day and time that she specified and the passport office was closed. I asked at the counter and they said sometimes it's open sometimes it's closed and you can't really guarantee a time that they'll be there. Even though the sign has the days and times that they're open. When I mentioned that I had been in earlier that week to confirm the day and time that I could bring my kids back, they completely ignored me and looked past me to help another customer. That alone was only mildly annoying but it was the attitude of the man and woman behind the desk that really ruffled my feathers. I didn't even need an apology, maybe just a friendly look on your face would have been great. Instead those two had attitudes like the ladies in Pretty Woman who won't let Vivian shop in their expensive store. That is exactly how I felt and I didn't appreciate it.
I seriously don't know how they haven't fired everyone and started over. Three times this week alone my packages have not been delivered even though I have a tracking number and they claim they've delivered it. They had the audacity to ask me if I checked my mail box. How would I know it's not there of I hadn't checked? No one has ever answered the phone. It just rings. This isn't just an isolated incident as you can see by their barely over 1 star rating. Clearly management is hiring workers as inept as they are and the cycle perpetuates. To take trips to the post office so often and make claims with companies takes much needed time out of my schedule for their mistakes.
My experience here was horrible, no one seemed to care about my package and where it was located I spent 3 hours at the post office waiting for someone to find it and it’s delivery date was Friday. Didn’t come till today and said it was delivered then and it wasn’t... I hate the fact that the manager basically told me she couldn’t help, but I will add that a very nice gentalman helped me in the best way possible and even called me before he left to go home. Other then that league city post office needs a check and new management.
I don't like to write bad review, but this is an exception. A total of 4 times that this post office lost my packages. I'm not even sure whether my packages were delivered to the wrong address or actually stolen by the carrier. Who knows! I reported the incidents to the post office manager numerous times and my complaints were all ignored. Nothing were done about that for years. I hope some one at the top management level at USPS main office see this post, and do something about it. League city USPS is not even worth one star.
Constant lost packages and letters. Rude disrespectful carriers, and very poor care is taken with your mail. I've seen my mail carrier just tossing boxes around and totally denting up boxes. Is your package fragile? Well these people don't care, if you even get your package! Are these people immune to getting written up or fired? Hundreds of complaints and still nothing is ever done. This place doesn't even deserve to get one star. Always expect an unwelcome experience by the entire staff!
